Planning Overview



We can help you develop the Perfect PaintFest Event for your group, provide a budget quote, and describe how the funding works. Once things are finalized, we prepare the artwork and supplies in our studio then ship them to the PaintFest location.


We fly to the location to orchestrate PaintFest Events, or we provide instruction so that you can conduct smaller events on your own.


During a PaintFest Event, volunteers (with no artistic experience necessary) team-up to complete the paintings by following the "color-code."


The artwork is touched-up and then donated to hospitals on behalf of the sponsor. The sponsor is acknowledged in the signature on the painting.

Publicity is optional, but can be significant if desired.



PaintFests - Budgets


We provide customized budget quotes for each PaintFest. Factors such as the number of painters, the number of paintings/Paint Stations and the location of the event impact the budget level.


The Foundation for Hospital Art is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. TAX ID# 58-1563444.


PaintFests are special events designed to create and donate art to hospitals. The budget amount is tax-deductible to the extent of the law.
