Do we select which designs we paint?

Yes, we have over 20 different designs to select from.


How many people can paint one kit and how long does it take?

10-12 people can paint one PaintFest Kit in 1.5 - 3 hours. The norm is two hours.


What is included in each PaintFest Kit?

We include six pre-designed canvases, individual bottles of paint, brushes, black markers for the lines, table plastic, and plastic disposable aprons.


Do we have the choice of where the painting is donated or do you do that for us?

You always have the first choice. You either donate directly (Option #1 or #2) or simply provide us with the contact name and address and we will send the completed painting (Option #3) to the desired location. If you do not have a preference, we will send the paintings to hospitals that have requested paintings.


How far in advance do I need to place my order?

We ask for two weeks, which allows one week of preparation and one week for shipment. We usually ship much quicker. For international shipments, delivery is usually 10-14 days.


Do you take credit cards or can I pay with a check?

We process all credit card transactions through our website's secure processor. If you need to pay via check, we can issue an invoice before shipment.


What group size can you handle?

We have orchestrated PaintFests from 10 to 2,200 people. PaintFests are scalable so we can do almost any size event. For groups with less than 60 people, we are confident that you can setup and manage yourself. For larger events, we include an estimate for staffing in our proposals.


Do you create custom designs?

Yes, we have created countless custom designs. You can contact our studio for details.


What are the sizes of the canvases and how big is the kit after completion?

Each canvas is 18 inches by 24 inches. When complete, our vertical designs are 4' 1" high x 4' 8" wide. Our horizontal designs are 3' 1" high x 6' 2" wide. This includes 1 inch separation between the canvases.


How much square feet does each Paint Station require?

We recommend approximately 200 sq. ft., which is roughly 13' x 16'. 8 foot tables (8' x 2.5') are recommended. We push two tables together to make a table surface of 8' x 5'. If only 6' tables are available, you will need three tables per station.


Is our donation tax-deductible?

Yes, as a 501(c)(3) publicly funded charity, your donation is tax-deductible. Our tax id is 58-1563444.


How does the sponsor receive recognition?

We sign each painting in the bottom right panel with the sponsor's name.


Do we need to cover the floor with plastic before painting?

Less than 20% of the venues require floor covering. We use non-toxic water-based acrylic paint. Should a spill occur and as long as the paint is wet, it can be cleaned up with water. If plastic is required, you can purchase, rather inexpensively, at a local home improvement store.


Is the cost of shipping included in each PaintFest Kit?

No, our website includes a UPS and Fedex module that will calculate the shipping for you based on the option selected and your zip code. For larger events, we include the cost of shipping in the proposal.
