Student Internships
Each year, the Foundation for Hospital Art awards a summer internship in honor of its Founder, John Feight.
Internship Details
Duration:
Awardee/s will intern for a period of 8 weeks, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Start date to be mutually agreed upon.
Duties and responsibilities:
Awardee/s will perform a variety of in-studio tasks. These would include touch-up, drawing, color-coding, assisting with volunteers, packaging, computer work, and PaintFest support.
Location:
The internship will take place at the FFHA studio, located at 131 Village Centre West, Woodstock, GA 30188.
Compensation:
Awardee/s will qualify for hourly compensation, to be agreed upon at time of award.
Age qualifications:
College or high school, preferred. If still in high school, applicants must have finished their junior year prior to the start of the internship.
Selection Process:
Applicants must complete the one page application. The 2019 application is available below. The deadline for applications will be 5:00pm EST, Monday, March 25, 2019. Finalists may be asked to interview in person.
