Scott Feight
Biographical Sketch

Scott FeightAssisting his Father, John Feight, on some of his first murals at Atlanta's Northside Hospital, Scott has been an integral part of The Foundation for Hospital Art since his early childhood days.

After successful careers in the military and the energy industry, Scott has joined the staff of the Foundation for Hospital Art as the Director of Operations.

Scott was born in New York in 1968 and was raised in Atlanta, Georgia. After graduation from the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York, he served over seven years in the U.S. Army as a helicopter pilot. Rising to the rank of Captain, Scott had assignments with the 101st Airborne Division at Fort Campbell, Kentucky, the 2nd Infantry Division in South Korea, and the U.S. Army's Officer Candidate School at Fort Benning, Georgia.

After completing his military service obligation, Scott joined GE Energy in Atlanta, Georgia. Over a 9-year period, he held various positions of leadership in customer service, supply chain fulfillment, commercial operations, sales, and marketing. Scott also served as the President of the local GE Volunteers Council, where he was responsible for the volunteer activities of over 3,800 GE employees. He was a recipient of the prestigious 2006 Gerald L. Phillippe Award, in recognition of his community leadership on behalf of the GE Company.

Scott's degrees include a B.S. in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy and a M.S. in Management from Troy State University.

Scott and his wife, Tina, live in Marietta, Georgia. They have twin daughters. Scott coaches youth soccer and is active in his local church, Mt. Paran North.
